Hi, I’m Barry, the owner of Trusted Home & Tech Solutions.

For years, I’ve told myself that when I retired, I’d start a small handyman business. I’ve always enjoyed fixing things, working with my hands, solving problems, and helping people with those little projects that somehow never make it off the to-do list.

Well, I’m not retired yet and, as it turns out, I’m not exactly a traditional handyman either.

So I decided: why wait?  

That's how Trusted Home & Tech Solutions got started.

The idea is simple. There are a lot of little things around the house that people need help with, but finding someone dependable to take care of them isn't always easy.  That's exactly what I want this business to provide.

When You Call, You're Working With Me

I'm not building a business where you make an appointment and wonder who is going to show up at your door.

When you contact Trusted Home & Tech Solutions, you're working directly with me.

I'll communicate clearly, arrive when I say I will, treat you and your home with respect, and do what I said I would do.

If something isn't right, I'll work to make it right.

The Way I Do Business

My approach is pretty simple:  Be trustworthy. Be on time. Do good work. Treat people right.

I'll be upfront about what I can do and just as importantly, I'll tell you when something requires a licensed contractor or someone with expertise I don't have.

There won't be pressure to buy something you don't need or an attempt to turn a small job into a bigger one.

My goal is simply to solve the problem you called me about and make your life a little easier.

Especially When Helping Someone You Care About

I also understand that sometimes the person calling me isn't the person who needs the help.

If you have a parent or family member who could use a little assistance around the house or with technology, I want you to feel comfortable knowing they're working with someone who will be patient, respectful, and trustworthy.

I'll take the time to explain things, answer questions, and make sure they're comfortable before I leave.
